Returns policy

You can cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of purchase. We call this the ‘cooling-down period’. The term of 14 days starts from the day after receipt of the product(s) by or on behalf of the customer. After this period, the purchase is definite. These regulations have been put down in the Distance Selling Regulations (wet Kopen op Afstand), following a guideline provided by the European Union, to protect the rights of consumers.

Do you want to return your purchase?

Please contact our Customer Service by email or call us on +31 (0) 418 - 72 13 14 and indicate you would like to return your purchase. Next, return the product in question, including all original accessories and the original receipt, unused and undamaged in its original packaging. The product is only allowed to have been opened or used to such an extent as was necessary for you to determine whether you want to keep it or not.
Do not return your product without notifying us, because in such a case your order is not cancelled and an invoice will still be sent.

Costs of return deliveries

The costs and risks of a return delivery are for the customer. The purchase price will be transferred to your account as soon as possible and never later than 14 days after receipt of the return delivery, minus any costs that may have been incurred by Yarnplaza.com due to the return delivery.

Prevent high delivery costs for returns

We ask for return deliveries to be made in the original packaging whenever possible, because the costs for having vacuum packed (wool) products delivered are much lower than when they are returned unpacked. All in all this prevents high costs on your account for possible return deliveries.
