Crochet Kids Cardigan - Summer is almost here and that's why we're making the most gorgeous summer items. After the cute girls summer top, a lovely spring wrap and a poncho we're crocheting this lovely sparkling kids cardigan. Continue reading for the free crochet pattern and start with the new yarn byClaire Sparkle!

We couldn't wait to get going with the new byClaire nr. 3 yarn; yielding this sweet glittery cardigan as a result! This cardigan is perfect for wearing on a bright summer day and matches perfectly with a cute shirt or dress. The lurex yarn in the thread creates a playful effect and the little picot edging gives it the final finishing touch!

The round neckline and long sleeves are ideal for chilly summer days and the cotton yarn makes sure the fabric breaths, giving your little one the ultimate wearing comfort. We've chosen a soft pastel blue colour, but you can also pick your own favourite colour. What do you think about one of the other pastel shades like the soft pink and bright green? This pattern is perfectly suitable for the novice crocheter, so nothing's holding you back! Are you ready to try?

Which colour would you pick?
