This Crochet Along of Stylecraft has been designed by blogger Catherine Bligh (Catherine's Corner). Catherine Bligh has been inspired by the well-known BBC-series Poldark, wherein the main character is named Ross Poldark. The colours of this blanket match the costumes of the characters in the series.
Will you be joining this Crochet Along? The blanket is made of Stylecraft Special dk, a 100% acrylic yarn with a wide range of colours. Because of the many available colours you can make your own favourite combination. Are you more into pastel shades or bright colours? Below you can find the amount of balls needed per colour. This way you can easily mix and match your own colours!

The pattern of the Crochet Along will be published in 7 weekly instalments starting from July 11th 2017 on the website of Stylecraft Yarns. Each of the following days a new pattern will be published: July 11th, July 18th, July 25th, August 1st, August 8th, August 15th and August 22. The patterns can be downloaded (from July 11th) here and will be supported by clear instruction videos.
Size:
The Ross Blanket will be approximately 125 x 125 cm. The bigger square in the middle is about 40 x 40 cm, the smaller squares about 10 x 10 cm and the medium will be 20 x 20 cm.
