Be original and crochet your own christmas decorations! With this pattern of Lana Grossa Silkhair, you can create your own trendy christmas decorations and cheer up your whole living room!

Lana Grossa Silkhair is a fluffy yarn and therefore ideal for making these decorations. It is shiny and gives your crochet project a little extra touch. This soft wool is available in uni colours, but also in a glitter edition and a degradé yarn. Take a look at all possibilities before you start.

Crochet Christmas decorations

The base of the star and the tree is a granny square. From there on you crochet along. Good luck!

What do you need?

Materials;
Lana Grossa Silkhair
Crochet hook no. 4

With 1 skein of Silkhair you can for sure make 12 ornaments. 

Pattern 'crocheted star'

Ch 5 and close with a sl st.

Row 1: in the ring - ch 3, trc 2, ch 3, *trc 3, ch 3.* Repeat ** 3x. End with sl st in the top of the first ch 3. Sl st to the next ch arch.
Row 2: in the first arch: ch 3, trc 2, ch 3, trc 3. dc in the middle of the 3 trc's of the previous row. in the next arch: *trc 3, ch 3, trc 3. dc in the middle of the 3 trc's of the previous row.* Repeat ** 3x. End with sl st in the top of the first ch 3. Sl st to the next ch arch.
Row 3: in the first arch: ch 3, trc 3, ch 4, trc 4. sc on both sides of the dc of the previous row. in the next arch: *trc 4, ch 4, trc 4. sc on both sides of the dc of the previous row.* Repeat ** 3x and end with sl st in the top of the first ch 3. Cut and pull yarn through the loop.

Pattern 'Crocheted Christmas tree'

Ch. 5 and close with a sl st.
Row 1:  in the ring - ch 3, trc 3, ch 3, trc 4, ch 3, trc 4, ch 3. End with sl st in the top of the first ch 3. Sl st to the next ch arch.
Row 2:  in the first arch: ch 3, trc 3, ch 3, trc 4, ch 1. in the next arch: trc 4, ch 3, trc 4, ch 1. in the last arch: trc 4, ch 3, trc 4, ch 1. End with sl st in the top of the first ch 3. Sl st to the next ch arch.
Row 3: in the first arch: ch 3, trc 3, ch 4, trc 4. trc in the middle of the 4 trc's of the previous row. trc 4 in the ch space of the previous row. trc in the middle of the 4 trc's of the previous row. in the next arch: trc 4, ch 4, trc 4. trc in the middle of the 4 trc's of the previous row. trc 4 in the ch space of the previous row. trc in the middle of the 4 trc's of the previous row. in the last arch: trc 4, ch 4, trc 4, ch 1. trc 4 in the ch space of the previous row, ch 1. End with sl st in the top of the first ch 3.

Turn the tree over and work sl st in the first trc. ch 3, trc in the next 3 sts. Turn over and ch 3, trc in the next 3 sts. Cut and pull yarn through the loop.
