Knit garter stitch for 3 cm (8 rows) and then continue in stocking stitch with needles no. 7.

At a height of a) 28 cm (58 rows), b) 29,5 cm (62 rows), c) 31,5 cm (66 rows), d) 33,5 cm (70 rows), e) 36,5 cm (76 rows), after garter stitch cast off the remaining sts. and insert a stitch ring marker between the a) 37, b) 38, c) 40, d) 41, e) 43 sts. on the right (=armhole) and the 43 stitches on the left (=side seam).

Knit a second same part for the front and knit two parts in reversed way for the back.

Close the middle side seam on the back by attaching the two parts at a height of a) 48, b) 49, c) 51, d) 52, e) 54 sts. that were marked in the beginning. Do the same for the front pieces.

Close the shoulder seams and close the side seams at a height of the 43 marked sts.

Make fringes for the side and armholes the following way: cut 3 yarns of 55 cm long and fold them in two. With help of a crochet hook draw them through 2 sts., draw the ends through the loop and pull it tight. Place 1 fringe on the shoulder seams and keep an even distance between them (+- 2 sts.). Cut them at a length of 25 cm.

Make two cords of 2 x 2 threads of 70 cm long, attach them at shoulder height and tie them at the back for a little bit of extra strength.
