Logic4 Our webshop is developed using Logic4 software. Personal data at our disposal for the purpose of our services will be shared with this party. Logic4 has access to your data to (technically) support us, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Logic4 is based on our agreement with them obliged to take suitable security measures. These security measures contain the application of SSL-encryption, a strong password policy and secured data storage. Logic4 retains the right to share collected data within their own company and affiliate partners to improve their services. E-mail and mailing lists


MailChimp
We send our e-mail newsletters via MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name and e-mail address for its own purposes. At the end of each e-mail that has automatically been sent via our website you can see the ‘unsubscribe’ link. You will not receive our newsletter anymore. In some cases, Kiyoh can contact you for an explanation of your review. In case we invite you to share a review, we share your name and e-mail address with Kiyoh. Purpose of data processing


General purpose of the data processing
We use your personal data only for the purpose of our services. Which means that the purpose of the processing data always is related to the order you placed. We do not use your personal data for (targeted) marketing. If you share your data with us and we use this information – different than your request – on a later moment in time to contact you, we ask for your explicit permission. Your data will not be shared with third parties, other than meeting up to accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties all have an obligation of secrecy on grounds of the agreement or an oath or legal obligation.

We save your data as long as you are a customer of us. This means that we save your client profile until you declare you no longer want to use our services. If you declare this to us we will interpret this as a request to be forgotten. On grounds of applicable administrative obligations, we are obliged to save invoices with your personal data, this data will be stored as long as the applicable term. However, staff members do not have access to your client profile and documents we made subsequent to your request.

Your rights

On grounds of applicable Dutch and European law you as a person involved have certain rights concerning your personal data we collect and process or on behalf of us is being collected and processed. Below we explain which rights are applicable and how to invoke on these rights. In principle we sent transcripts and copies of your data only to the e-mail address known to us to prevent misuse. In case you wish to receive the data on another e-mail address or via mail, we will ask for an ID-card.
