This cheerful pattern was created during a holiday of the designer where she was captivated by the beautiful colours: 'This summer we camped in Wallis, Switzerland. When we were there I could hardly stop talking about the beautiful colours, especially of all the cheerful flowers in the windows of the old wooden houses. These flowers were the inspiration for this bag and therefore this bag could only be named after this beautiful part of Switzerland.'. A bag design and a cushion design have been made from these lovely cheerful squares (4 x 4 cm)! You can make this Wallis design with a (possibly Tunisian) crochet hook of 5 mm. You will also need a needle, scissors and stitch markers. For the cushion, a cushion filling of 40 x 40 cm is included in the kit. If your squares are larger or smaller than 4x4 cm, it is recommended to use a thinner or thicker crochet hook so that you reach 4 cm, otherwise the size of your crochet work may deviate. The finished size of this pillow is 35 by 40 cm, which is perfect for a 40 by 40 cm inner pillow. Is this your next project?
