Returns policy

You can cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of your purchase. We call this the ‘cooling-down period’. The term of 14 days starts from the day after receipt of the product(s) by or on behalf of the customer.

Do you want to return your purchase?

If you want to return your purchased products, please contact our Customer Service by email or call us on +31 (0) 418 - 72 13 14 and indicate you would like to return your product(s).

Do not return your product without notifying us, because in such a case your order is not cancelled and an invoice will still be sent.

After you have been in touch with our customer service you can return your product(s) + the original delivery note. The products need to be packed unused and undamaged in the original packaging. All crochet, knitting and yarn kits can only be returned as a complete package. All products within the kit it concerns need to be returned unused. In case products from the kit have been used, the kit cannot be returned.

Costs of return deliveries

The costs and risks of a return delivery are for the customer. The purchase price will be transferred to your account as soon as possible and never later than 14 days after receipt of the return delivery, minus any costs that may have been incurred by Yarnplaza.com due to the return delivery.

Prevent high delivery costs for returns

We ask for return deliveries to be made in the original packaging whenever possible, because the costs for having vacuum packed (wool) products delivered are much lower than when they are returned unpacked. Overall this prevents high costs on your account for possible return deliveries.
