Shipping & delivery

Pre-order
When you pre-order a product or kit, we will only ship your order once it is available. On the product page of the pre-order product or kit, you can find the date from when it will be in stock. Your order (including other products from your order that were in stock at the time you placed your order) will be shipped from that date.

When you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Please note:

• It is not possible to send your order to a mailbox/post office box.
• Outside the EU, we deliver our orders DAP (“Delivered at Place”). Any customs clearance fees and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

• Netherlands: PostNL
• Belgium: Bpost
• Other countries within EU: DHL
• Countries outside EU: DHL Express
