Ribbing 3/2: 3 knit stitches, 2 purl stitches.

Cast on 47 stitches and knit 20 rows in 3/2 ribbing, ending the first row and all odd rows with 2 purl stitches. Bind off the stitches loosely. Join the seams to form a circle.

If you want a smaller or larger pot, simply decrease the number of stitches or increase them; you can also adjust the height by adding or removing rows of needles.
