Online payment at Yarnplaza is quick and secure using iDEAL, credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Amex), Wolplein gift card, PayPal, and Klarna. Are you shopping from Belgium? If so, you can also pay with Bancontact instead of iDEAL.

iDeal/Wero

With iDeal, you can make online payments through your Dutch bank. This is the most commonly used payment method in the Netherlands. When you select the "iDeal" option on the payment page, you can choose your bank. After placing your order, you will then be automatically redirected to the secure payment page of MultiSafepay and your bank to complete the payment.

PayPal

If you have a PayPal account, payment via PayPal is a convenient and fast option. If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create one on the PayPal website. When you select "PayPal" as your payment method, you will be automatically redirected to the secure PayPal payment page to complete the payment after placing your order.

Bancontact

With Bancontact, you can make online payments through your own Belgian bank. Bancontact is the most widely used payment method in Belgium. When you select the "Bancontact" option on the checkout page, you will be automatically redirected to the secure payment page of MultiSafepay and Bancontact after placing your order to complete the payment right away.

At Yarnplaza, you can make later payments in two ways: with Klarna or by credit card.

Pay Later with Klarna
Klarna is an international company that allows you to make payment for an online order only after you receive it. Payment with Klarna costs €1.95 and works as follows: Select the “Pay after delivery (Klarna)” option and fill in the “Date of Birth,” “Phone Number,” and “Gender” fields. Click the “Place your order” button. As soon as we ship your order, Klarna will email you the invoice a few days later. Follow the payment instructions on the invoice and transfer the amount to Klarna within 14 days. Please note that when you order with Klarna, you pay the invoice to Klarna, not to Yarnplaza.

Pay Later with a
Credit Card You can also pay later with a credit card. When you place an order, the amount is reserved on your credit card. You don’t pay for your order until the amount is charged to your credit card from your checking account.

We’re sorry to hear that your payment failed. When this happens, we automatically send an email letting you know that we haven’t received your payment yet. You can use the link in the email to complete your payment. As soon as we receive your payment, your order will be processed. If you chose not to pay, you don’t need to take any action—we automatically consider unpaid orders to be canceled. If a new payment attempt fails again, please contact our Customer Service team.

I'm having a problem with my credit card payment
. Every credit card payment is quickly and securely verified by the credit card company. This is often the reason for a failed payment. That's why we recommend contacting your credit card company first. If that doesn't help, please contact our Customer Service.

I'm having a problem with my PayPal
. Every PayPal transaction is automatically verified by PayPal itself. If a payment fails, we recommend checking your PayPal account settings. Check details such as: Is the linked email address correct? Is your bank account set up? And is there enough money in your PayPal account? If that doesn't help, please contact our Customer Service.

I’m having a problem with my Klarna payment
. When you choose to pay with Klarna, Klarna performs a quick credit check. Based on the results, Klarna determines whether or not you’re eligible for deferred payment. Yarnplaza has no influence over this process. If you have any questions about a potential rejection, we recommend contacting Klarna. Would you still like to place your order but use a different payment method? Please contact our Customer Service team. They’ll be happy to assist you.

Yarnplaza also accepts payment by bank transfer. To use this option, please contact our Customer Service team. Payments made by bank transfer are processed manually by our finance department. As a result, it may take up to 5 business days before your order is shipped.

Did you receive a Coupon Code? If so, you can easily use it at checkout.

1. Add the products you want to your shopping cart.
2. Click "Checkout."
3. Enter your contact and shipping information.
4. Enter your coupon code in the "Coupon Code" or "Discount code" field.
5. Click "Apply." The discount will be applied immediately to your order summary, provided the Coupon Code is valid and the promotion terms and conditions are met.

Please note: Some Coupon Codes are only valid for a specific period, for orders above a minimum amount, or for a selected product range. You can usually use only one Coupon Code per order. Therefore, always check the terms and conditions associated with the Coupon Code.
