We ship our kits within the Netherlands via DHL and PostNL. When you order something from Yarnplaza.com, the Shipping Costs for Standard Shipping within the Netherlands are €5.95 for orders up to €59.00. You can choose from several secure payment methods to make payment for your order. The available options depend on the country where you live. Once you’ve entered your billing address while placing your order, you’ll automatically see which payment methods are available to you. Yarnplaza offers the following payment methods: iDEAL, PayPal, Bancontact (formerly MisterCash), credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and payment after delivery (with Klarna).
iDEAL
With iDEAL, you can make online payments through your Dutch bank. When you select the “iDEAL” option on the payment page, choose your bank, and you’ll be automatically redirected to your bank’s secure environment to complete the payment.
PayPal
Do you have a PayPal account? If so, payment via PayPal is a quick and easy option. When you select “PayPal,” you’ll be automatically redirected to PayPal’s secure payment page to complete the transaction. If you don’t have an account yet, you can easily create one on the PayPal website.
Bancontact (formerly MisterCash)
With Bancontact, you can make online payments through your Belgian bank. Bancontact is a widely used payment method in Belgium. When you select this option, you will be automatically redirected to your bank’s secure payment page.
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
You can also make secure payment for your order with a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit card. After you enter your card information, the payment will be processed via a secure connection. As soon as the payment is approved, your order will be processed immediately.
Payment After Delivery with Klarna
Would you like to make payment after you’ve received your order? If so, select “Payment after delivery with Klarna.” You’ll receive the invoice by email as soon as your order has been shipped. Follow the payment instructions on the invoice and pay the amount to Klarna within 14 days.

Log in with your Yarnplaza account. Then add the pattern to your shopping cart and complete the checkout process. Once you've purchased the pattern, it will appear in your Yarnplaza account under "My Digital Items."

If you place your order before 11:00 p.m. and all your items are in stock, we aim to ship your order the same day (except Sundays). For orders to Belgium and Germany, we aim to ship within 1 day (except Sundays). For other EU countries, we aim to ship within 5 business days.

Unfortunately, due to the system's automation, it is not possible to inspect a paint bath in our warehouse.

You can simply place your order. Sometimes we receive a shipment that hasn’t yet been processed in the system. In this case, the website will indicate that the order is on backorder, but the requested products are actually available. If a product is out of stock, we’ll do our best to contact you by phone or email within 24 hours to find a suitable solution.

Orders that have already been placed and paid for cannot be changed. Once we receive payment, the order is immediately forwarded to our warehouse so it can be processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Please contact our Customer Service department to see if there are any other options.

You may come across products or kits on our website that are not immediately available. You can “reserve” these products, so to speak; an availability date is often listed as well. You may also have ordered products that are currently in stock. We will wait to ship your order until all products are in stock (including those expected to arrive later).
