Online Course on Knitting Socks
In the video tutorials, we knit a basic sock in a solid color stockinette stitch. If you’d like a little more variety in your sock, we also have patterns for the cute polka-dot sock and the striped sock. That way, you can choose the difficulty level of your sock yourself. What do you need to knit socks?
- Solid-color sock: 2 balls of Durable Soqs
- Strepensok: 1 ball of Durable Soqs in colors 2193 (Topaz), 2133 (Dark Mint), 2155 (Apple Green), and 416 (Duck Egg Blue)
- Polka Dot Socks: 1 ball of Durable Soqs in colors 289 (Blue Gray), 227 (Antique Pink), and 408 (Fresh Coral)
- KnitPro Zing Sock Knitting Needles or KnitPro Zing Sock Circular Knitting Needles, 2.5 mm or 3 mm, if you knit tightly
- Sock stretcher for stretching socks
- Stitch Markers
