Yarnplaza.com strives to be the most customer-friendly website for knitting and crocheting. That is why we view every complaint as an opportunity to satisfy a disappointed or dissatisfied customer and to improve our services.

We promise to do our very best to handle your complaint appropriately. The solution we offer will, of course, depend on the nature and cause of the complaint.

Complaints Procedure
Do you have a complaint about Yarnplaza.com, a product, our service, or delivery?
Please send an email to Customer Service at Yarnplaza.com with the following information:
1. A clear description of your complaint;
2. Any order information you may have;
3. Your contact information, so we can reach you (during the day).

If you are knitting or crocheting with yarn you purchased from Yarnplaza, we ask that you keep the labels from the balls until your project is finished. If a suspected manufacturing defect arises while you are working with the balls, we may need to ask you to send these labels to us along with your project so that we can bring the issue to the supplier’s attention and find a solution for you.

We aim to contact you regarding your complaint as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 business days.
