Our entire product range consists exclusively of products intended for the Dutch market. All products come with a Dutch user manual (where applicable and available), and the Dutch warranty terms and conditions established by the manufacturer apply. Product warranties are provided by Customer Service@Yarnplaza.com in accordance with the regulations established by the respective manufacturer.
When you purchase your product(s) from Yarnplaza.com, you are guaranteed the following Service & Warranty terms:

2. Excellent warranty and warranty service
Damaged or Non-Functioning Products
If there is a problem with a product you purchased from Customer Service@Yarnplaza.com, you can contact Customer Service@Yarnplaza.com's technical support department to have the warranty claim processed.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
Customer Service@Yarnplaza.com provides a warranty of at least 1 year (12 months) on all electronic products, in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions below. All products offered by Customer Service@Yarnplaza.com are intended for the Dutch market. The warranty terms and conditions applicable in the Netherlands apply to every product. To make a warranty claim, please follow the procedure below:
- If there is a problem with your product, please contact Customer Service at Yarnplaza.com (by phone at +31 85 773 19 17 or by email). We will work with you to determine what the issue is;
- Once it has been determined that there is a problem with your product, you can send it to Customer Service@Yarnplaza.com. You are responsible for the shipping costs;
- To be eligible for warranty service on your product, you must always submit the product along with a copy of your proof of purchase from Customer Service@Yarnplaza.com, a clear description of the problem that includes your contact information, and, if applicable, the warranty certificate for the product in question. Without these supporting documents, we cannot process your request or provide you with an update on its status;
- Once your warranty claim has been processed, you will be notified by email from Customer Service@Yarnplaza.com. During the processing period, you can check the status via email. Once your product has been repaired or replaced, it will be shipped to you.
The duration of the processing is closely related to the product in question and any deliveries from the manufacturer. Customer Service@Yarnplaza.com is entirely dependent on a manufacturer’s service capacity in this regard;
If a problem with a product arises within 7 days of purchase, Customer Service at Yarnplaza.com applies the DOA (Dead on Arrival) policy. After you report a defective or malfunctioning product within 7 days of purchase, Customer Service at Yarnplaza.com will provide a replacement free of charge;
For products returned to Customer Service@Yarnplaza.com where the reported issue cannot be verified, you will have 30 days to pick up the product from Customer Service@Yarnplaza.com at your own expense or to cover the shipping costs for the return shipment.
Never send products for returns without following the procedures outlined above. If we receive products for returns without prior notice and are unaware of them, we will not be able to process them.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
Customer Service@Yarnplaza.com provides warranties on products in accordance with the terms and conditions established by the respective manufacturer. All machines come with a 1-year (12-month) warranty. In addition, manufacturers sometimes offer longer warranty periods on certain products.
Customer Service@Yarnplaza.com will then handle the warranty claim in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. The warranty applies only to normal household use and maintenance.
