The Crochet Along has become a household name in the crocheting world. Every week, you eagerly await a new round, choose your yarns, combine colors, and finally get to enjoy your handmade Blanket as a surprise. Isn’t that wonderful? Joke ter Veldhuis posted her first message about the CAL three and a half months ago, and her blanket is already becoming a real sensation. It all started with her desire to one day launch a CAL, create a blanket she’s proud of, and share her love of crocheting with others. That turned out to be the recipe for success: the Lossen & Vasten CAL was born! What can we expect? Three gorgeous blankets you’ll fall in love with!

The CAL is already a huge success, even though the first rounds won’t be announced until January! Still, it makes sense, because we can already enjoy the color combinations “Rose Scent,” “Morning Dew,” and “Sea Breeze.” Joke specifies exactly how many balls of yarn were used so you know what’s to come. Below, we’ve listed the three color combinations.

Unraveling & Single Crochet Stitches - CAL

The CAL uses Stylecraft Special DK yarn. Each blanket requires 16 balls, and the number of balls needed for each color is listed. Of course, you can also put together your own combination.
