Round 1: Using turquoise or cotton candy yarn, chain 31. Make sure you have a long starting strand for finishing later. Thread the beginning of your chain through the center of the snap ring, and join the chain into a ring by crocheting 1 slip stitch into the first chain. Now crochet 30 single crochets along the chain (30).
Round 2: Crochet 2 sc in every 5the v (36).
Round 3: You are now going to crochet a decorative border. Crochet *1 chain stitch in the 1ste crochet, chain 3. Crochet 2 sc back along the chain. Crochet 1 sl st in the same sc where you started. Crochet 1 sc in the 2the v. Crochet 1 sc in the 3rdthe v. Crochet 1 into the 4ththe v. Crochet 2. Crochet 1 back into the chain. Slip stitch 1 into the same single crochet where you started. Crochet 1 into the 5the sc, crochet 1 sc in the 6the v *. Repeat *to*, until the end of the row. Bind off. Leave a long tail on your work for finishing.
Now place a very small amount of stuffing between the two cookie layers. Fold them flat so that row 1 of one cookie aligns with row 9 of the other.
Now place your icing against it so that row 1 of the icing aligns with rows 1 and 9 of the cookie. Using the starting thread of your icing, sew all the rows together with a running stitch. Insert your Crochet Hook from row 9 through the stitch, through row 1 of the cookie, and through row 1 of the icing. Continue doing this until you’ve gone all the way around. Weave in the ends neatly. Using the end thread of the icing, sew the last row of the icing with single crochets to the cookie. Weave in this end neatly as well.
