Just a few more days until December! The month many of you have been looking forward to—and one where you won’t have a chance to get bored. That’s because our popular Advent CAL is back—yes! In this “best of” edition, we’ll be working on some of the best Christmas patterns from our previous Crochet Alongs, and you’ll also discover new patterns. Counting down to Christmas has never been this much fun!
From December 1 through December 24, a new pattern will be posted on this blog every morning around 11:00 a.m. This time, instead of hanging the crocheted Christmas decorations on a pretty star or a Christmas tree, we’ve used a festive branch as our base. Tools & Supplies for the Advent Calendar
Below you'll find everything you need to get started with the Advent Calendar! Order your supplies now and make sure you're ready to begin!
Materials used for the letters:
- 2 balls of Stylecraft Special DK Grey (1099)
- 2 balls of ByClaire Sparkle Silver Moonlight (002) or 1 ball of Durable Glam 2231 Silver
- 3.5 mm Crochet Hook
- Darning needle with a sharp point
- Cardboard
- Branch
The letters have an average width of 22 cm and a height of 22 cm.
Materials used for The pendants:
- 1 ball of Yarn and Colors Must-have (colors 1, 15, 19, 25, 31, 34, 86, 87, 95, and 99)
- A remnant of ByClaire Sparkle Silver Moonlight (002) or a remnant of Durable Glam 2231 Silver
- 2.5 mm Crochet Hook
- Darning needle with a sharp point
