Want to whip up some crocheted Christmas ornaments at the last minute? Why not! That Christmas tree can easily stay up until New Year’s Eve. Inspired by Rico’s Christmas patterns, Annemarie and Monique made 7 cheerful Christmas ornaments themselves using Creative Bubble. They’re super cute for the tree, and even doing the dishes after Christmas dinner becomes a party with this sponge-like yarn!
Once you’re immersed in the wonderful world of Bubble yarn, you won’t want to stop crocheting! You can make so many fun things with this spongy yarn. Rico has already published several booklets with special patterns, including some for Christmas. So Annemarie and Monique thought: we can do that too. From a flamingo to a little gnome, you’ll find all their patterns below. The same base ball of yarn is used for all the heads. The difficulty level varies by design and is indicated with plus signs:
+ = easy
++ = average
+++ = difficult
Stitches used:
l = chain stitch
v = single crochets
hv = slip stitch
hst = half double crochet
st = double crochet
dst = double crochet
