Coffee & Wool S01 - Episode 12

The twelfth and final episode: what a wonderful season it’s been, and we’ve had so much fun! Of course, the season isn’t over until we’ve seen the last episode. This time, Saskia crochets a colorful flower basket, Petra knits a cushion with a floral pattern, Lotte visits the farm, and of course, we have the finale of the Stekensjaal! Will you be watching?

In this blog, you'll find everything about Episode 12, including:

- The Crochet Pattern for the flowers
- The Knitting Pattern for the Cotton Mix 80 Rose Pillow
- The complete pattern for the Koffie & Wool Stitch Scarf

Crocheted Flowers
Saskia is already in the summer spirit and is sprucing up this basket with cheerful flowers. The flowers feature two different patterns, offering plenty of variety! Use different colors, mix and match, and—for example—roll the fancy rose tighter or with chain stitches to create different variations.

Material:
- 1 ball of Scheepjeswol Bloom in colors 412, 408, 407, 402, 404, 406, 415, 423, and 409
- Crochet Hook size 5

Free Flower Pattern

You can download the flower patterns for free here. There are plenty of ways to customize them, so style them to your own taste! Have you decorated anything with these flowers? We’re really curious to see what it looks like!

Knitted cushion
Petra is knitting a cheerful floral cushion. She shows how to work the floral pattern into the stitches, and the cushion has a surprising reverse side. Are you tired of one side, or does it not quite fit your decor right now? Then just flip it over!

Material:
- 3 balls of Lana Grossa Cotton Mix 80, color 509
- 2 balls of Lana Grossa Cotton Mix 80 in colors 505, 524, and 519
- 1 ball of Lana Grossa Cotton Mix 80, color 503
- 40 cm 5 mm Knitting Needles.
- Maasnaald
- Cushion: 40 x 40 cm

Free Flower Pillow Pattern

Could you use a colorful cushion, or do you just want to get started right away? The entire pattern for this floral cushion is, of course, available for free download.

In Episode 7, Petra knitted this cute little rabbit! We asked you all to help us come up with a fitting name. And you did! Thank you for all your submissions and the fun, fitting names. After much discussion, we’ve decided on (*drumroll*): Brei-nijn! Thank you, Marijke Moolenbeek, for submitting this name.

Coffee & Wool Knitted Scarf

The Stekens Scarf is finished! Saskia repeated the 19 rows several times so the scarf would be the desired length. It turned out great, didn’t it?! The scarf is finished with a border of chain stitch arches topped with single crochets. Then she made tassels at the ends that sway beautifully in the wind.
Would you like to crochet the Stekensjaal and have the entire pattern and the right number of Balls of yarn on hand right away? You can order the complete Crochet Kit here. You can also download the Stekensjaal pattern.
