Valentine's Day Wall Hanging
We make daydreaming about your true love a whole lot easier with this crocheted dreamcatcher. Monique crocheted it especially for Valentine’s Day, but this wall hanging would also make a great Mother’s Day gift—or just because… After all, love should be celebrated every day! The dreamcatcher is made with Yarn and Colors’ Must-have Minis and ByClaire’s Sparkle yarn. With just two basic stitches, even beginner Haaksters can make it in no time!
Crocheted Olympic Games Keychain
When Olympic speed skating fever broke out, Annemarie decided to crochet this cute wall hanging, complete with Amigurumi figures. After all, watching those exciting competitions on TV went perfectly with crocheting, right!? In any case, it certainly didn’t decrease Team Orange’s chances of winning medals—they took home a whopping 20 of them. We’re going to leave this project up for a little while longer. Next week, the Paralympic Games are set to kick off, too!
Striped Scarf
We could have really used a warm knitted scarf these past few days… It was so cold! This scarf by Petra definitely has an edge at this time of year. Not only in terms of design, but also because of the materials Petra used. Lana Grossa Superfein Merino is wonderfully warm in the winter, yet it also feels pleasantly cool in the summer. The yarn is combined with the Gradient Yarn Shades of Merino Cotton and a touch of glitter. How beautiful!?
