The cold is slowly setting in, but with this beautiful Granny Square blanket, you can still bring a little bit of summer into your home! Saskia’s design features classic squares with a round center in various color combinations. No two centers are alike! Sas has already made this crocheted blanket with a Mint Green background, but we also really love this fresh white color! What do you think?

Cool little basket made with Yarn and Colors Epic

October is officially “Home Decor Month,” so Annemarie whipped up this cute little basket with her Crochet Hook! She used Yarn and Colors Epic for this project. This matte cotton yarn gives every project a unique look, while the sturdy pattern stitch ensures the basket always stands upright. It looks really trendy around your flower or plant pots, is cute in the kids’ room, or is perfect for storing your balls of wool! What would you use this crocheted basket for?

Knitted decorative pillow with Katia Alaska yarn

There’s nothing better than curling up on the couch with a knitting project—we love it. Especially now that the evenings are getting longer! So how fun is it to make your own cushion covers? For this knitted cushion, Elianne tried a different pattern: the honeycomb brioche stitch. It often looks very difficult, but it’s actually quite easy, as we see in the instructional video from Koffie & Wol TV. The cushion is made with Katia Alaska. This chunky yarn is made of 100% Acrylic, making it ideal for people who are allergic to wool.
