Saskia on her color kit:

"These colors really make me happy. The composition is beautifully balanced, and it's just nice to have a kit like this so you can get started. I enjoy choosing colors in advance and creating a project with them."

"In the patterns, I wanted to combine the colors, so a circle is ideal. That way, the colors go well together, and the white in the center adds a sense of calm. In the end, I added fringe to give it a festive look."

Crochet Tips from Sas!

  • Start each round in a completely different spot; that way, the hidden stitches will decrease in visibility.
  • The last row consists of chain stitches, so it can be a bit tricky to weave in the ends. Tie a tight double knot and cut the yarn.
  • Crochet the flowers together on the last round. Replace 1 chain stitch with 1 slip stitch in the chain arch of the other flower.

Here's how to crochet flowers using a different color combination:

  1. Row 1: 3 stitches in each color (except White)
  2. On each heart, crochet a white row 2
  3. Using the color you haven't used yet, crochet row 3.
