Enjoying your Christmas break? Then there are plenty of moments to start a fun DIY project. But what should we make... a scarf? A pair of mittens? A hat, maybe? No, we’re going to crochet a snowman! It makes a great winter decoration for your home or just a nice little gift.

What do you need?
Material:
- 1 ball of Yarn and Colors Joy, color 002 Cream
- 1 ball of Yarn and Colors Epic in colors 100, 009, 030, and 018
- Crochet Hooks sizes 3 and 4.

Heading:
Crochet hook size 3
Start with 6 sts on the Magic Loop.
Round 1: Double everything (12 sts)
2nd row: 1 sc, 2 sc in next stitch, repeat (18 sc)
3rd row: 2 sc, 2 sc in the next stitch, repeat (24 sc)
4th row: 3 sc, 2 sc in the next stitch, repeat (30 sc)
5th row: 4 sc, 2 sc in the next stitch, repeat (36 sc)
6th row: 5 sc, 2 sc in the next stitch, repeat (42 sc)
7th row: 6 sc, 2 sc in the next stitch, repeat (48 sc)
8th row: 7 sc, 2 sc in the next stitch, repeat (54 sc)
Rows 9 through 20: 54 sts.
Row 21: 7 sc, crochet the 8th and 9th stitches together, repeat (48 sc)
Row 22: 6 sc, crochet the 7th and 8th stitches together, repeat (42 sc)
Row 23: 5 sc, crochet the 6th and 7th stitches together, repeat (36 sc)
Row 24: 4 sc, crochet the 5th and 6th stitches together, repeat (30 sc)
Row 25: 3 sc, crochet the 4th and 5th stitches together, repeat (24 sc)
Fill in the blank.
26e row: 2 sts, 3e and 4e crochet together, repeat (18 sts)
27e row: 1 st, 2e and 3e crochet together, repeat (12 sts)
28e row: crochet 2 stitches together (6 sc)
Pull the thread tight with the last few stitches.
Nose:
Crochet hook size 3
6 sc in a Magic Loop.
Round 1: 1 sc, 2 sc in the next stitch, repeat (9 sc)
Rows 2 through 7: 9 sc.
8th row: 1 sc, crochet the 2nd and 3rd stitches together, repeat (6 sc)
Rows 9–10: 6 sc, fill in the nose.
Round 11: Crochet 2 stitches together.
Pull the thread tight with the last few stitches.
Hat:
Crochet hook size 4
6 v. in a magic ring.
1e row: double everything (12 sts)
2e row: 1 sc, 2 sc in next stitch, repeat (18 sc)
3e row: 2 sc, 2 sc in the next stitch, repeat (24 sc)
4e row: 3 sc, 2 sc in the next stitch, repeat (30 sc)
5e row: 4 sc, 2 sc in the next stitch, repeat (36 sc)
6e row: 36 sts in the back loops
7e row: 4 sts, 5e and 6e Crocheting together, repeat (30 sts)
8e row: 3 sts, 4e and 5e crochet together, repeat (24 sts)
9e through the 11the row: 24 sts.
12e row: 3 sc, 2 sc in the next stitch, repeat (30 sc)
13e row: 1 sc, 2 sc in next stitch, repeat (45 sc)
14e row: 2 sc, 2 sc in next stitch, repeat (60 sc)
Fill the hat and secure it to the head.
Crochet another ribbon around the hat: chain 27 + 1 slip stitch, turn,
Crochet 27 sts. Single crochet and secure the Ribbon around the hat.
Attach the nose to the head and embroider a mouth and eyes.
Scarf:
Crochet in stripes; 1 color equals one round of stitches.
Chain 6 sts + 2 chain stitches, turn.
Start in the 3rd st. from the Crochet Hook and crochet 6 sts., 1 ch. Repeat this until you have 33 rows.
Tie a button in the scarf and secure it under the head.
Crochet another chain using a few chain stitches, and attach a loop to the hat.
