This star-themed Christmas tree is the very essence of Christmas! All the elements that make Christmas special are incorporated into this eye-catching piece: various shades of green, wood, glitter, Gold, and stars. Would you like to crochet this festive star-themed Christmas tree, too? Then read on for the free pattern.
Star Christmas Tree - Our haakster Monique selected yarns in classic Christmas colors and used them to crochet four stars, ranging from large to small. The tops of the stars are crocheted in various shades of green using Yarn and Colors Must-Have Mini. The bottoms are crocheted with Durable Glam, a glittery yarn that adds lots of festive flair. The tree topper was also crocheted with this yarn. Want to give the tree a bit more “glam”? Just flip the stars over so the “glitter side” is facing up. Thread the stars onto a doll stand, and finish off your star Christmas tree with a tree topper in the shape of a… star?! And luckily, there’s always a spot for this (modestly sized) star Christmas tree. Not convinced yet? Crocheting the stars with different yarns is a ton of fun.
