Make a magic ring.
Crochet 5 chain stitches. Crochet 3 double crochets into the ring. Crochet 5 chain stitches. Crochet 1 slip stitch into the ring. Repeat this one more time.
To finish, wrap the cut-off thread around the center of the bow a few times.
