Stroller Mobile - Our Haakster, Annemarie Arts, is an expert in designing and crocheting baby toys. This is once again evident in this stroller mobile she designed. She’s thought of everything: a practical attachment, little sounds, cheerful colors, various textures, and playful details.
You can attach this stroller toy to the stroller or Maxi-Cosi/car seat using the clips. In addition to the wooden beads, Annemarie chose a color combination of Mint Green, White, and Grey. You can choose this combination, but of course you can also opt for other colors and materials. Check out the pattern and put together your own set of Tools & Supplies so it perfectly matches your taste (and the baby’s, of course). Which color combination will you choose?

Dimensions
The total length of the car tensioner is approximately 50 cm. This is an average length. You can customize it yourself by adding or removing beads. You can adjust the tension by sliding the last bead closer or further away to create more space.
Preparation
Crochet 2 18-mm beads as follows. Crochet one bead with soft gray and one bead with green ice.
Round 1: Make a magic ring with 6 sc, or do it this way: Crochet 2 chains. Crochet 6 sc in the first chain. Crochet 1 sl st in the first sc to form a loop (6).
Round 2: Crochet 2 dc in each dc (12).
Round 3: Crochet 2 dc in every 4th dc (15).
Rows 4 through 8: Crochet 15 single crochets in each row (15).
Round 9: Before continuing, insert the bead into your work. Make sure the bead’s hole is facing toward Row 1. Work 3 decreases. Crochet every 4th and 5th st together (12).
Round 10: Make 6 decreases. Crochet the stitches together 2 at a time (6). Fasten off. Pull the end thread through the last 6 sc to close the hole and the loop. Don't pull it too tight so that the thread can still pass through later.
To start making the car tensioner
, cut two strands of polyester cord, each about 80 cm long. Fold them in half.
Thread the fold through the eyelet of the cat bell, then thread the ends of your folded string through the loop you just made and pull them tight so that the string is secured to the cat bell. Do the same with the other string.
Now hang your cat bell in the center of a wooden ring. Tie the strings on both sides of the ring once with a single knot so that the cat bell remains suspended in the center of the wooden ring. From this point, you’ll start stringing the beads on the left and right sides.

You should use double thread.

Now thread a wooden ring onto the beads. - Crocheted grey bead

- Silicone bead, mint, 18 mm
Now thread the double strand through the pacifier clip and stitch it back through the 10th bead.
Cut the ends of the threads to a length of about 10 cm. Thread a 15 mm silicone bead onto each thread—one in mint and the other in Grey. Tie a button just below the beads that won’t fit through the bead. Hold the ends of the threads just below the button close to a flame so they won’t fray.
