Crocheting the Water World | Interview with Zabbez

Zabbez takes you on a second journey into a creative fantasy world full of cheerful crocheted dolls! In his new book, Bas den Braver (Zabbez) dives into the underwater world. In typical Zabbez style (so much fun!), he explains step by step how to crochet all these aquatic friends. In the interview, Bas shares how this idea came about and what makes this book special. Watch the interview and discover everything about “crocheting the underwater world”!

Crocheting the Water World - Following the popular book *Crocheting Flower Dolls*, Bas (Zabbez) has once again succeeded in designing new dolls that will delight every Haakster. Just seeing the mermaid and merman on the cover of ‘Crocheting the Water World’ makes our “crochet hearts” beat faster. How wonderful! These aquatic friends are joined by 13 other dolls, such as clownfish Cora, sea queen Saya, doctorfish Dina, and goldfish Gwen. Not only are the patterns fantastic, but the clear instructions, stories about each aquatic friend, and photography are quintessentially Zabbez! Never crocheted Amigurumi before? No problem—Zabbez explains all the patterns very clearly, step by step.
