AdventSter CAL - After last year’s success, we couldn’t let this year fall short. The Yarnplaza Advent CAL was such a fun project that we’re now afraid we’ll get bored during the days of December. Starting December 1, we’ll be revealing a new pattern every day on this blog to help you decorate your star. By the end of the Crochet Along, on Christmas Eve, your star will be beautifully filled and full of Christmas spirit. Will you join us? Fun December days are guaranteed!
For 24 days, we'll be treating you to fun patterns to decorate your star. Every day at 10:00 a.m., we'll post a new pattern online that you can use that day.
Tools & Supplies for the Advent Star CAL
Would you still like to join the Advent Calendar? You’re always welcome to join in! For the Advent Star, you’ll need the following materials:
- 3 balls of Katia Alaska, color 9
- 1 ball of ByClaire Sparkle, color 2231 (Unfortunately, this color is no longer available. We will replace this ball with Durable Glam 2231 Silver)
- 5 and 7 mm Crochet Hooks
- Cardboard
Do you want to get everything you need for the decorations now? If so, you'll need the following yarns and accessories:
- 1 ball of Yarn and Colors Must-have in colors: 02, 05, 07, 30, 47, 90, 96, 98, 99
- 1 ball of Yarn and Colors Must-have Minis, color 100
- 1 ball of Phildar Nuage, color 01. Unfortunately, this color is no longer available. We are replacing this ball with DROPS Air Uni Color 01 Off-White
- DROPS Glitter in gold and silver
- 2.5 mm Crochet Hook
- Christmas tree hooks
- Stuffing
