- Sewing needle with a sharp point
- Yarn and Colors must-have in color: 66
- Yarn and Colors must-have minis in colors: 13, 16, 31, and 34
Crochet Pattern for Sunglasses Case
The cover is made up of 4l flower granny squares.
Row 1: Using Yellow, crochet a magic ring of 16 hst (16). Fasten off.
Row 2: Join a new strand of pink (2x), red, or orange to one of the hst from the first row. Crochet 3 double crochets worked together into one hst from the previous row. Chain 2. Skip one half-double crochet and crochet 3 double crochets together again. Repeat this a total of 8 times and finish with 1 slip stitch in the 3rd chain from the first double crochet. Fasten off.
Row 3: Join a new strand of blue yarn to the ch-1 from Row 2. *Crochet 3 hdc. Now crochet into the next 2 ch: 3 dc, 1 ch, 3 dc.* Repeat *to*, 3 more times. Finish with 1 sl st in the 2nd ch of the first hst. Now crochet 1 sl st into the 2nd hst to come out between the first cluster.
Row 4: Now crochet 3 dc between each group from the previous row. At each corner, crochet 3 dc, 1 ch, 3 dc. Fasten off with 1 sl st in the 3rd ch from the first dc.
Row 5: Crochet 1 sc in each st from the previous row. For the chain in the corner, crochet 1 sc, 1 ch, 1 sc. Fasten off. Crochet a total of 4 granny squares.

Assembly: Now
place 2 granny squares right sides together. Using yellow yarn, crochet the granny squares together along one side using single crochets. Repeat this with the other 2 granny squares.
Now place the two crocheted granny squares on top of each other. Using yellow yarn, crochet the granny squares together along the long side, short side, and the other long side with v stitches. Fasten off. Neatly weave in all loose ends. Now turn the sunglasses case inside out.
Using blue thread, sew a new thread to the open side of the cover.
Rounds 1 through 5: Crochet 36 single crochets in each row (36).
Round 6: Crochet 2, 1 hdc.* Crochet 1. Skip one stitch, crochet 2, 1 hdc*. Repeat from * to * until the end of the row.
Rounds 7 through 9: Crochet 36 single crochets in each row (36).
Round 10: Crochet *1 sl st, 3 ch. Crochet 1 sc in the first ch. Crochet 1 sl st in the next sc*. Repeat from * to * until the end of the row. Fasten off. Weave in all ends neatly.
Finishing:
Using yellow yarn, crochet two chains of 50 chain stitches. Thread one chain from the left side through the openings of row 6. Join the ends together. Thread the other chain from the right side through the openings and join these ends together as well.
Pulling on the loops on the left and right sides will close the sunglasses case.
