DMC Twisted Crochet Kit CAL – The Haakplein crocheters Jolanda and Naomi have been as busy as bees this past winter designing the Twisted 2020 blanket. As the name suggests, this year will be filled with twists and turns; yes, this year we are crocheting cables! The end result is a wonderful blanket with a cool look.
The DMC Twisted Crochet Kit is available in the colors mouse grey, denim blue, and ecru mélange. The kit comes with sufficient amounts of DMC Knitty 4 yarn. This basic yarn is soft and supple and made from 100% acrylic. You will also receive a tape measure and, for the finishing touch, a leather label.
You can follow the Crochet Along via the
Facebook group ‘Haakplein’ and at
www.haakplein.com. The CAL starts on Friday 3rd April and ends in early June. The final result is a rugged blanket measuring 165 x 205 cm. The patterns come out every 14 days and consist of written directions and crochet diagrams. For the stitch (variations), a stitch library will be provided wherein all the stitches are clearly explained.
