Fading Hearts Blanket Crochet Kit

This heart-patterned blanket, featuring the so-called “fading” effect, vividly illustrates the progression of Alzheimer’s disease. Anneke designed this blanket as a tribute to her mother, who passed away a few years ago from the effects of this disease. When you purchase the Crochet Kit, which includes the pattern, all proceeds from the pattern go to Alzheimer Nederland.

Please note: There are two different techniques you can use to make this blanket: mosaic crochet and interlocking crochet. There are two different kits available, each with specific dimensions, so be sure to choose the right kit.

• Mosaic version: 107 x 140 cm
• Interlocking version: 88 x 135 cm
