For a long walk on the beach or a stroll with the dog on cooler days, this classic, ribbed fisherman’s cardigan is ideal to have on hand. A chunky ribbed button placket has been added for a nice contrast. This pattern can be knitted in a short or long version and is provided for sizes 32/34, 36/38, 40/42, 44/46, and 48/50.

Tools & Supplies for the short cardigan:

• 6 (size 32/34), 7 (size 36/38), 8 (size 40/42), 9 (size 44/46), or 10 (size 48/50) balls of Stylecraft Special Chunky 1064 Mocha

• 5 mm and 6 mm Knitting Needles

• Stitch Holders

• 4 buttons, 3 cm in diameter

• 8 (size 32/34), 9 (size 36/38), 10 (size 40/42), 11 (size 44/46), or 12 (size 48/50) balls of Stylecraft Special Chunky 1820 Duck Egg

• 5 mm and 6 mm Knitting Needles

• 6 buttons, 3 cm in diameter
