After two years of waiting, the time has finally come: the new edition of Yarnplaza’s most popular CAL/KAL has been launched. This time, you can choose from four beautiful versions, each with its own yarn and character. The Dream Blanket 8.0 is an exclusive knitting or crochet project full of textured stitches, playful squares, and elegant triangles.
The project starts on October 1, 2025, and runs for 11 weeks, with the final session on December 10. The CAL/KAL has now ended. After purchase, you’ll find the digital pattern in your Yarnplaza account under “My Digital Items.” The pattern includes chart diagrams, written instructions, and clear videos to help you get started.
If you prefer to knit, choose this knitting version made with Yarn and Colors Chunky Amazing; the beautiful finished piece measures 145 x 145 cm. To knit the granny squares, you’ll need a 5.5 mm Crochet Hook, sock needles, and (interchangeable) Circular Knitting Needles in 5.5 and 6 mm (or smaller if you’re knitting with chain stitches), as well as 80 and 120 cm cables. You’ll knit the squares on double-pointed needles using the Magic Loop technique, and the triangles back and forth.
