Dimensions and Construction

The throw blanket measures approximately 160 x 110 cm. You'll crochet a total of 24 Granny Squares. According to the pattern, a Granny Square measures approximately 25 x 25 cm.

The unique diagonal pattern is created by arranging the Granny Squares so that the corners of color 1 always touch color 1, and the corners of color 2 touch color 2. This makes it look as though the blanket is made up of large diagonal diamonds.
