R. tric.st. in the round, Magic Loop, twisted knit stitch, seam using a flat edge stitch
2x2 ribbing, worked in the round (see instructions)

Row 1: * knit 2, purl 2 *, repeat from * to *.
2nd row and all subsequent rows: knit as in the 1st row.
Increases: Pick up the horizontal thread that lies between 2 sts, place this thread on the left Knitting Needle, and knit it with a twist.
