What is the KinderBeestFeest?
The KinderBeestFeest is a unique party for children in North Holland, Flevoland, and Leiden who have a disability or special needs. Together with their parents and siblings, they are invited by hospitals and institutions to an exclusive evening event at ARTIS. The guests are transported in a unique way using various emergency response vehicles. During the KinderBeestFeest, a large group of enthusiastic volunteers is on hand to ensure the guests have a free, carefree, and above all, unforgettable evening.

Who is Koco?
In the run-up to the 20th anniversary of the KinderBeestFeest, a drawing contest was held among the guests of the 2018 edition.
Who designed the KinderBeestFeest mascot? More than 500 children took part.
The winning design was by Rhona from Purmerend. She created a combination of a ring-tailed lemur, an elephant, and a duck.
