Neutral Baby Wreath Crochet Kit

Create a warm, timeless baby wreath with the Neutral Baby Wreath Crochet Kit. The combination of cream, rust, brown, soft green, and shades of gray complements a wide variety of nurseries, making this kit ideal if you’d rather avoid a distinctly pink or blue color scheme. The wreath has a 50 cm base and was designed by Monique for Yarnplaza.

You’ll start with a cover made of 24 crocheted Granny Squares that are joined together using the “join as you go” method. Next, you’ll crochet the chain stitches and arrange them around the wreath.

What do you crochet for the neutral version?

This version features the well-known BABY letters, a Bear, a baby bottle, a ball, a washcloth, and other baby decorations. The unique touch of the neutral version lies in the streamer and pom-poms, which give the wreath a playful yet calm look.

Yarn and Materials

For this version, you’ll use Yarn and Colors Epic, Must-have, Must-have Mini, and Charming. According to the pattern, you’ll need, among other things, 5 balls of Epic 102 and additional colors of Epic 04 and 111, Must-have in 04, 09, 15, 92, 102, and 110, Must-have Mini 28, and Charming 23.

The Styrofoam wreath has a diameter of 50 cm. Stuffing is used for various parts. For the pom-poms, the pattern also specifies a Clover Pom-Pom Maker S.
