About the Design

The Easter Cake is built up layer by layer. First, you crochet the covering for the cake layers, then all the decorative elements, such as flowers, Easter eggs, and carrots. Finally, you crochet the three animals, giving the cake its playful, cheerful look.

The animals include:

All pieces are first arranged so you can decide on the composition as you like. Then the elements are carefully glued to the crocheted surface.
