Scheepjes Summer Sock-A-Long Yarn Kit - Knitting socks in the summer? Of course! Relax this summer at home or on vacation with the Scheepjes Summer Sock-A-Long! The Summer Sock-A-Long, designed by Carmen of New Leaf Designs, is a colorful sock-knitting project for intermediate knitters and adventurous beginners! During this Sock-A-Long, participants will spend 4 weeks knitting the timeless Classic New Leaf socks using the sister yarns Scheepjes Metropolis and Downtown.

The KAL runs from August 9 through 30, 2023, on Scheepjes’ official Facebook page, and Carmen is sharing a free version of the pattern for the Classic New Leaf Socks on her blog. More information about the techniques used is also available there. The pattern covers sizes 35 through 47. Participants can also choose to support the designer by downloading the print-friendly PDF from Ravelry for €6.99. In addition to the pattern, support will be provided in the form of videos and blog posts in German and Dutch. Furthermore, additional assistance from the knowledgeable Scheepjes experts will be available.

The Yarn Kit includes:
Scheepjes Metropolis: 1 ball of the chosen color.
Scheepjes Downtown: 1 (1:2:2:2:2) Ball(s) of the chosen color for sizes 35/36 (37/38: 39/41: 42/43: 44/45: 46/47), respectively.
