Return Conditions

Are you not satisfied with your purchase? Of course, we want to resolve this quickly for you. You can return a product within 14 days of receipt. Our return service is available for products that meet the following conditions:

• The product is, if possible, complete, in original condition, undamaged and clean. The product is, if possible, in the original undamaged packaging and is provided with original labels, tags and/or cards. When products are not in their original condition, i.e. incomplete and/or without packaging, damaged, dirty or used, it is possible that a reduction of the return amount will be applied.
• All assembled packages should be returned in their entirety if possible. All products in the package in question should be returned unused. If any products in the package have been used, we unfortunately cannot accept your return.
• Books, magazines, digital patterns, gift cards, workshops/courses, and physical gift cards and workshops are excluded from the right of return.
• Digital patterns and courses that are part of a bundled package are also excluded from the right of return. If you return a package that includes a digital pattern/course, the value of the digital item will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Please note: Purchases made in the Wolplein Inspiration Center must be returned to the Wolplein Inspiration Center.

Returns sent without prior notification cannot be processed at our warehouse.

How long do I have to return my order?

According to the right of withdrawal, you have 14 days to reconsider your purchase after receipt of your order. Once you have registered your return, you have an additional 14 days to send your order back.

What are the costs for returning my order?

You will pay the shipping costs for returning your order. You can choose your preferred shipping carrier. Returns in the Wolplein Inspiration Center are free and returns via parcel post are available from € 4.25.

Please note: If you do not accept or collect your package at the pickup point, the return costs will be at your expense. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

What happens when I return my order?

Once your package is with the shipping carrier, you will be kept informed about the return process. We will notify you when the return package arrives at our location, when we process the package, and when you receive your refund. If you return the entire order, we will also refund the delivery costs. Upon receiving your return, we will process it within 14 days at the latest.

How long does it take to get my refund?

Once we have received your return package, the purchase amount (including any delivery costs) will be refunded within 14 days at the latest. The amount will be returned to the payment method you selected.

Which products cannot be returned?

The following products are excluded from our return service:

• Sealed products where the seal has been broken, and the specifications, features, and nature of the product were already completely clear from the packaging.
• A digital product not stored on a physical medium, such as a downloadable pattern or an online course.
• Gift vouchers and gift cards.
• Books and magazines.
• (Physical) workshops.
