Autumn is the perfect moment to have a long walk and search for mushrooms and other fall items. These red toadstools with white polka dots are the ultimate goal! Finding them does not have to be that hard. Make one yourself! These crocheted mushrooms are beautiful for the nursery or give a surprising touch to a autumn decorative artwork. We made these mushrooms (which are about 13 and 24 cm tall) with Lana Grossa Cotton Mix 80. This yarn of cotton and acrylic is without a doubt one of the best crochet yarns in our collection.

Insert your hook in the loop of your last dc., yarn over and draw your yarn through both loops on your hook. Ch. 1, and cast off. Leave a longer yarn on your work and draw it through the remaining loop. Attach the dots on the cap of the toadstool and secure them on the inside by tying a knot in the ends of the yarn.
Finishing
Fill up the stem with stuffing. Take the cap of the toadstool and join it to the stem by working a round of sl.st. the single loops of round 23.
